Team Synergy is actually a family of three fantastic programs — iWork, weWork and teamWork — that very effectively bring people together to build a stronger team. These programs have been carefully designed over 30 years to bring out the skills that companies want most in their associates. They allow you to achieve specific outcomes for your team AND to return again and again without repeating any activities between programs.

What skills and insights does each of the three programs bring out in participants to help make them effective team members?
iWork focuses on developing individual self awareness and empowerment; weWork emphasizes interpersonal relationships by having participants work in pairs to examine how we connect to one another; and teamWork looks at group dynamics to help people become more effective working as part of a team with a shared common goal.

What are the activities like in the three Team Synergy programs?
Team Synergy uses fun and engaging activities that require team members to listen to one other, make decisions together and rely on each other to accomplish a variety of tasks. These experiences emphasize self esteem, problem solving, decision making, risk taking, creativity, conflict resolution, communication, leadership, trust and change management – all powerful lessons they can apply to their interpersonal dynamics back in the workplace.

LEADERSHIP ODYSSEY

Building on strengths + confronting complex situations = an adventure in developing leaders

If you're looking to build leaders on your team, this is the program for you! Leadership Odyssey teaches participants the skills necessary to become highly successful leaders by building on their strengths and having them confront complex situations. The result is enhanced strategic thinking, goal setting, resource allocation, project management, decision-making and ability to empower others.

PERFORMANCE SERIES

Team challenges + office-ready results on a budget

When you need to see positive team results on a limited budget, our Performance Series is the way to go. The three programs in the series are unique because they're available in two- to four-hour formats, and each focuses on one of the three key areas of building high performance teams: relationships, teamwork and leadership. You may choose the three programs individually or as a package for significant teambuilding and savings benefits.

Performance Series Fast Facts
Program length: Partial-day (2-4-hours)
Location: Nearly any location indoors or outdoors (Peak Performance available only at the Challenge Adventure Learning Center in Doswell, VA, near Kings Dominion)
Cost: $60 per person for a single program or $150 per person as a package
Time Frame: If you choose this package, programs may be scheduled any time within one year of the first date selected

Everybody needs a break every once in a while! As opposed to our other, more “cerebral” programs, our Adventure Series programs are designed for fun, challenge and building relationships.
