All new facilitators are required to attend a 20-hour (UR only) or 40-hour (Doswell)
training program regardless of previous experience.
Why? While we value any previous experience, we also have some unique features
and processes that are specific to our delivery of programs. If you have
previous experience, it will refresh all the things you know and make the
training process just a bit easier for you. Also, our training is paid in
arrears. That means that you will be paid for the training…$200 (Doswell), $100
(UR) after you have worked with us for 1 year or facilitated 24 programs. The
reason for this is simple. We both spend considerable time and resources
training and we want to ensure that our investment pays off for both of us. For
us the reward is commitment. For you the reward is a high paying part-time job
that offers much more than a paycheck.
