Facilitators should be able to make a one-year commitment to employment at
Challenge Discovery. We are looking for individuals with consistent
availability. We offer only part-time work, so if you are looking for
full-time work, we may not be a good fit for you. We have numerous
facilitators who work other full-time jobs, who are self-employed, are
stay-at-home parents, or who are retired. If you have a flexible schedule and
would like to acquire or hone skills working with diverse populations in an
outdoor learning environment, then Challenge Discovery may very well be for you.
At the end of one year, you may have the option of returning for the following
season.
